Extending Welcome — Restoring Hope Arrive Ministry Opportunity Arrive Ministries is a refugee resettlement agency providing essential services and practical assistance to refugees and immigrants to advance self-sufficiency. Since 1988, we’ve resettled more than 12,000 refugees in Minnesota.

As a Christian non-profit organization, we mobilize volunteers, in partnership with local churches, to extend love and friendship to our new neighbors to promote thriving in a new homeland.

Our parent church, Excelsior Covenant Church, is partnering with Arrive Ministries to support a family who has recently resettled. Excelsior Covenant Church has invited people of Lakeside to an information meeting to learn more about the tangible ways to participate, serve and love this family settling in the west metro.
