  • If: Gathering Event

Calling all the Ladies of Lakeside!!

We are gathering together again this year for the annual IF:Gathering Event! This year we are going to be taking some extra time away and gather on both a Friday night (6 PM to 9:30 PM) AND Saturday (9 AM to 3 PM). This allows us to do the event real time with the worldwide IF community. The theme this year is: “Even IF the worst happens, we will never lose hope.” This is a perfect chance to get away from your regular rhythms to dive deeper with the other women of Lakeside and God.

    When: March 5th - 6th

Invite a friend, family or neighbor to join in and if you can't make it for the entire time, that is ok.  Come for as much as you can!

Please fill out the linked Google Form so we can gauge interest and plan accordingly. We can’t want to see how God moves!

  • Parenting Conference

Nobody has more influence on a kid’s life than a parent and at Lakeside we want to encourage and equip parents to be champions of parenting.  It’s the hardest job and the one we are least prepared for.

Lakeside has been invited to participate in this incredible event sponsored by Westwood Community Church.  Pastor Jon Ditty and the Next Gen ministry team have put together an online parenting seminar.  National speaker and author, Bob Goff will share encouragement and practical approaches to parenting kids.  In addition to Bob’s teaching, there will be music and stories and resources to help parents navigate the digital world our kids are learning and living in.

  • IF:Table -- Outdoors

Women gather to simply share a warm beverage, food and connect more deeply over real conversations and new friendship. Two hours, four questions, six women (small table groups). A space for conversation that leaves us with glad, full and grateful hearts.

    What Is Behind The Name?

Simply put... we desire to create safe places to journey together asking the question, "What IF God was real, we mattered to Him and we have real purpose?

  • Bluff Creek Snack Blessing

First Sunday of each month that we meet in-person

    Postponed until further notice

The first Sunday of each month, we invite those who attend Lakeside to bring a box of snacks to donate to our school to help supply mid-day snacks for students who come from homes where there aren't resources to provide one.

Bluff Creek has a new set of guidelines regarding snacks distribution. They can only provide snacks that are from the districts' approved list to students.

    List of approved snacks:

    • Applesauce or other fruit pouches
    • 100 Calorie packs of snacks
    • Fruit Cups
    • Honeymaid Honey Grahams
    • Nutri-Grain Bars
    • Popcorn (Pirate Booty/SkinnyPop)
    • Belvita Brand Products
    • Nature's Bakery Fig Bars

This is a powerful way to bless kids and meet real needs in the school where we meet!

  • Life Groups

At Lakeside, we believe Life Groups are the best way to connect with others. In Life Groups, we get to form friendships, to know and be known, offer support, encouragement and grown in faith. It is where we ask big questions, wrestle with tough topics. We were created to live life connected and journey through it together.

Life Groups typically gather in people's homes, restaurants or coffee shops. Some groups share common life stages or geographic areas while other might consist of a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences.

If you are interested request to be part of a life group Here!
